Seedling Design Your Own Butterfly Wings Dress Up Activity Kit

I can't say enough good things about this gift set! I purchased it as a birthday present for my best friend's daughter. It met every criteria I have for children's presents - it promotes creativity, it's something to do, it doesn't require the parents to buy anything else, and it appealed to the child. The materials are outstanding - plenty enough markers and glue, the wings themselves are tough enough to stand up to a lot of creative play or wear, and the design is easy for a child to put on or off themselves. I also really appreciate including the glitter glue - everyone loves glitter and every parent fears the mess. Glitter glue makes it possible to have the best of both worlds, although you may wish to have a popsicle stick or butter knife available to spread it out so it will dry faster. I also would suggest putting down some paper before coloring the wings - this is cloth you are coloring which means the dye can bleed through. We let it dry overnight before using to avoid smearing any of the glue or dye.The little girl I got this for is butterfly OBSESSED so I chose this over the similar bird design, although I would imagine the product would be just as nice.

I bought these as a gift for my 4yo and she can't get enough of them. She just colored a bunch with no layout, and doesn't care that they aren't "perfect." The markers it came with ran out - you really have to color each area a lot to get a good saturation. Also, make sure to have something under when coloring because of bleed-through. Still, these are great and make for a great gift.

The markers run out before the entire thing could be decorated. They should include instructions on how to get the glitter glue off of hands and furniture, as it sticks to everything! My 4 year old niece loves it though.

So these wings are awesome. My 5 year old daughter loves them... BUT the markers run out by the time you start the second wing. My suggestion pick up a better fabric marker set and throw the ones that come with the wings in the garbage. Also glitter 😡 Because it's everywhere.

These wings are awesome. I got these as a gift for my little cousin and she LOVED them. Within a day she had them fully covered and was wearing them often. You won't regret this gift for creative, imaginative children.

Extremely disappointing and very expensive for what it was. Material flimsy and cheap and insufficient ink pens to complete colouring in. With a little more effort ie some quality to the product, the wings could be something young children wouldenjoy. A long hard think before I would buy from seedling again.

I loved the idea of this for my daughter's halloween costume, but I was very disappointed when the markers ran out of ink before I was even a quarter of the way done. Definitely needs to have better markers to make this product worth it.

I bought two of these to give to each of my nieces for Christmas and they absolutely loved them. They couldn't wait and started decorating them that same day. The areas to color are large so it kept them busy for a LONG time.
