Very, very friendly customer service, fast delivery, seller called to arrange details for best dispatch.He explained why the stunning price; the recorder came in mint condition, original box, new, and it works perfectly, and I am using a lot as a notebook for new ideas. I'm a poet/writer.Absolutely recommend.

I had no problems with the seller arrived on time can't fault the serviceFor me this is an awesome piece of device when dealing with contractors and companies over the phone and law firms and courtsI did have a digital one but it failed on me before I could back up and save my files it let me down I lost my recorded evidence luckily I had other documents to back my caseBut With this old skool device the tape is the back up evidence because even tho the device may fail you still have the tape some things are just best left old skool, digital does not have the answer to solve everything.Once again thank you to the seller for prompt service.
