Smart Aluminum Luggage Carry On USB and App 20 Suitcase TSA Lock Matte Black

I have purchased the Smart Aluminum Luggage since I travel very often and I looked for a good combination of functionality and quality. After traveling 3 times with this luggage, I’m sure I’ve made the perfect choice. Although it looks compact, which is exactly what I need in order to fit with no issues any space inside of any airplane, the volume inside allows you to put all you need in an effective and organized manner. The fact that you close the luggage with no zippers is very helpful and you don’t have to struggle while doing that. In addition, the fact that it provides you with a work space to put your laptop on, including integral USB charger is awesome and very useful especially with the long hours I’m spending waiting while I travel. The accessories provided with the luggage are already an integral part of my travel kit. You can easily role the luggage while you walk in the long terminal halls. Functionality and quality aside- I love the design. Highly recommended for someone who travel as much as I do.

DAMAGED VERY EASILY IN FIRST WEEK.

This is a very attractive piece of luggage 🧳. However everything about It that makes it expensive doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work so I called customer service. There was something wrong with the phone line. I was not able to get assistance. The locks would not rest. The luggage comes with too many small low quality garment type bags. Considering the price of the luggage, they were really bad quality.

I bought this 'stylish' 'smart' carry on luggage for my husband for Christmas. My husband travels for work every other week. He has used this luggage TWICE as a CARRY ON... and used it very lightly. The suit case now has tons of dents on all the sides... the material it is made out of is not durable whatsoever! it's a complete piece of junk... YES it looks good when you take it out of packaging... as soon as you start to use it - it turns into crap.Now lets talk about the charging battery itself.The battery is working to the extend that it only seems to be able to charge smaller devices like iPhone/Apple Watch/Airpods but with low level of efficiency (i.e. slow to charge and Samsara battery level drops much faster than it can charge those devices). When it comes to my laptop (e.g. MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2017), it does not seem to charge at all even though the laptop does show the lightning icon over the battery when plugged in. As an experiment, I tried it again last night when the laptop battery was about 10% and had it plugged into the Samsara battery. After about 10 mins of light usage (i.e. browsing the web), the battery level on my MacBook not only didn't go up, but it actually went down to 8%. Thus.... PIECE OF JUNK!Samsara has a PR team that promotes this suitcase all over blogs, articles on the internet, etc... their product does not speak for itself.In addition, Samsara team was not interested in resolving the issues that I have outlined and provided 0 solution to my complains. Shame on you!Verdict: DO NOT BUY SAMSARA SUITCASE!

Great features, I’m excited to go on my next trip. Perfect for air travel. TSA certified. Love how sturdy it is. Comes with great packing accessories. Very practical with USB compatibility and security features. Definitely perfect for the traveler/road warrior.

One of the worst pieces of luggage in the market. The so called smart unit takes an incredible amount of an already ideal packaging volume availability. The craftsmanship is subpar and the company truly unresponsive. They lunched their product in Kickstarter and manages to enrage most of their backer base. I have it an it just sits in the closet collecting dust. Simply not worth it. Buyer beware
