This product really does work! As a retired physician, I admit that I am not as well-versed in herb lore as I should be; but my experiences have been reliable and positive!When stressed, I use the patches, and the symptoms of high blood pressure abate for up to the 12 hours I wear the patches on the soles of my feet.I would not advocate for anyone simply to try these patches, without discussing it with a health care professional, because they ARE medicines! They could react adversely with other medications that you take. I have a long lasting blood pressure problem that up until now can only be controlled by the regular pharma products from the classic medical establishment. Tried to break loose using this product. Must have purchase four or five packs of the patches. Did not help any. I guess this product is for normal blood pressure control.

I hate going to the doctors office. My BP usually runs higher than at home, well, I placed this on before I went and gee it was perfect in the office. what can I say? It works.

First box not effective

So far no effect at all. I have my own meter and I am getting my blood pressure 3 times per day. I will finish the box, if any change I will edit my review. Just to know in my case the "instant effect" didn't work..

Mine went up but my bottom # came down about 20 points was150 over 102 went to 170 over 80
