Build quality a little suspect
I used some Gorilla super-glue to attach the plastic end cap on the male end, as it was broken upon arrival. Not a great first impression. Seems to work OK.Update: I'm removing another star, as the adapter does not let me use the button on my earbuds to pause or fast forward. So they work, but only just. Not recommended.

The entire usb-c system is obviously a scam, but instances like this only highlight it.
One of the products was broken upon arrival. Specifically, the flaw in these devices is, like with any wired device, once it is bent enough or otherwise subjected to enough wear and tear, the wires within the cord disconnect, causing partial or outright failure. This happens very quickly with these connectors. One of them was already at the partial failure stage upon delivery.

Bad quality/performance
These adapters suck. Please don't bring it back in stock. Next time I'll spend the extra $ to not have my podcasts' audio suddenly cut out after the most minimal use with a brand new aux cable connected.

Didn't work
Material is solid but literally didn't work across 2 flagship phones and a new budget phone: LG V20, LG G6, LG stylo 4... Feel like this is just a scam because I doubt the phone would have to not have a headphone jack for it work

Don't buy!!! They won't work!!! Not on ANY phone!!
These don't work on ANY PHONE!!! Certainly NOT my Google Pixel 2XL. But I've tried to use them both on several other phones with absolutely NO LUCK.

Non-working Item
It seems like they don't even click in properly. They wiggle after you insert them, and there's no indication of it being able to work. Tried it on 3 different cell phones without success.
