Q: It says it is a good source of protein but the packaging says 0 g of protein. Can you explain?

“Good source of” a nutrient has a legal, technical definition. It’s supposed to be that a typical serving provides 10-19% of the daily rda of that nutrient. So however much a typical serving is of this should provide that much. Zero grams doesn’t mean it has none. There’s also a law about when they can round down to zero grams on nutrition labels. That’s why zero grams of trans fat per serving on a label doesn't actually mean there’s no trans fat in something.

Q: Kapok quinoa pop is advertised as a "complete source of protein", but the label on the package says 0% protein. did i receive the correct product?

Mine also says 0%. I was very disappointed because even though that is per serving, there was no other information to calculate how much per bag, etc

That’s debatable. I guess they are as crunchy as any similar cereal. I ate them with yoghurt so there wasn’t much crunchiness after they were soaked.

Q: How large is this bag in volume of cups?

It can vary slightly because it goes off of weight but it is usually around 5-6 cups.
