Makes you sweat!
It’s a little bit loose so I’m guessing that their sizes run a little large. but it does work, I did 30 minutes on my elliptical and I was sweating like crazy. Muscles did not hurt as bad as usual.

Chart size not accurate
Twi stars because I was not able to wear it. Way to big. Bought according to chart size. Measured my waist and hips. It says that I should buy XXL. Waaay to big, but I'm going to sell it and buy my regular size large. Will write another review later.

if you are a very hippy woman
may be good to go up a size I have a well rounded rump shaker and hips so it was a little snug but overall fit well and gets the job done . I love it honestly
