It works as a pasta; but, the delivery was poor quality.
The boxes came broken open with some of the product spilled out in the bag. I would not order from this company again due to the poor shipping. The Linguini was fine as a food product.

Only reason this isn't a "5 Star" review is because the quantity inside the package is not very much. Just having dinner with my husband we had to downsize our regular portions of pasta to ensure we each got some. The texture and taste was great though.

GOOD TASTING GLUTEN FREE LINGUINI
DELICIOUS LINGUINI THAT COOKS QUICKLY AND TASTES GREAT. MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T OVERCOOK BECAUSE THEY DO GET SOGGY FAIRLY QUICKLY IF YOU DON'T MONITOR IT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT (and not a big one) IS THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SLIGHTLY CRUSHED AND A FEW OF THE NOODLES WERE BROKEN - NOT SEVERE BUT MIGHT BOTHER OTHERS.

Pricey and worth it, I think?
Am I simply being seduced by the font on the box and reading about the delicious stuff inside the box? Perhaps! It is good. Very good, in fact. Worth the price? I really can't not absolutely, positively tell each of you that it is worth the price.

Good taste, learning curve to cook
Enjoyed the product but learning to “properly cook” it is a much higher learning curve then expected. Flavor was good though
