Beautiful journal, but it scratches easily.
I love this journal, I actually use it to take notes for my weekly D&D sessions and it makes me excited to pull it out and actually write! My only qualm with it is that the cover scratches very easily, so even though I haven't used it heavily it has lots of scratches and scuffs on it. This is not a big problem for me personally, and I still highly recommend this journal and plan on getting inserts to continue using it.

This is the second one that I've bought. I love mine and its just the perfect size. Very well made. I ordered a second one as a gift. Im sure I will order more in the future.

Beautiful journal
It wasn't as big as I thought it would be, but it's still very nice. It's perfect for travelling. I do wish there was a spot for a pen though.I decided to give it 5 stars because it was exactly as advertised. I think this would be an awesome cover for hand made paper that looks old. I've only had it for a little while so I can't say anything about durability yet, but I will update if this changes.

My 8th-Grader got an 'A' on her assignment with this!
I bought this for my daughter who had a school assignment to create a journal that would have been used/created by a 17th-century explorer. I found this one and she loved it. I was tempted to buy one for myself as the quality is great and I love the leather cover. Great value for the price.
