This is a must have for a sandy beach. It made our summer SO much more fun just by having it with us. We used it at several different lakes and the coastal beach that we visited. We were able to spend the entire days out on the sand in comfort. We even took naps on this occasionally, despite the crazy temperature of the sand, the water and the wind.Everything worked as described in the descriptions and we were so thankful to have this with us. We will never be without it again! Our only regret is not getting one sooner.Initially, this wasn't as large as we imagined it to be. But it still worked great for my family of 3. Usually only 2 of us were stretched out on it at a time while one was in a folding chair that we brought along, too. I imagine that all 3 of us would have most likely been able to fit comfortably, but definitely not much more than that. So if you have a bigger family, consider investing into a few of these and putting them together.This is still larger than most of the options that were available when I searched. Also, the quality is good. This should last forever if we take care of it.Anyone spending time in a sandy area would appreciate this product. We highly recommend it and would definitely purchase it again if we ever need to.

The media could not be loaded.  This thing is awesome. It takes up zero room and folds and packs easy. If you are taking a blanket to the beach you are still living in 1950. Sand doesn't stick to this, is super small, and it drys fast. The sand does sit on top of it if you get sand on it, but you can just pick it up and shake it off. If you haven't used one of these on the beach, you need to try it out.

This is not a blanket per se; it’s a fashionable piece of plastic. It does the job well: it is great for the beach because sand comes off easily, it is water proof and there are pegs at each end to keep it put on the beach. Also, it is a nice size. That said, given that it is merely a thin piece of colored plastic, I think it is pricey. Someone just sewed borders on a plastic and provided the pegs, hence, the 4 (versus 5) stars. I would actually give it 4 1/2 stars if that was on option.

Just what I was looking for to avoid bringing tons of sand back home from the beach and I don’t have to worry about having enough things to put on the corners of the towels so that they won’t fly away.

This is not made of any special fabric at all. It’s just basic rip stop nylon. Sand sticks to this very easily. Very light weight and thin. Not super easy to fold up after use. Probably will not ever use again at the beach.

Light weight and nice size but really seems like a plastic sheet it was a decent buy for the discounted price but wouldn’t pay the full price ever

Just unfold and fold back and go about your business. It comes in handy.
