These cuticle trimmers are excellent! Solid, comfortable in the hand, finely crafted & almost too sharp, so I recommend using very carefully & do not let kids get ahold of these! I live in a very dry climate, and my cuticles need frequently need trimming, so I know I'll get lots use from these!

I give myself salon-grade manicures so I figured I needed a cuticle trimmer! I've been using this for a few months and it's definitely good quality and sharp. My only complaint is that the length of the cutting part is too long. It's challenging to easily maneuver it around the curves of your fingers and it's easy to pinch or knick your skin because of its length.I'd prefer one with a cutting area about half as long for better maneuverability.Other than that, it's well made, looks nice and is a quality product overall.

I bought this not expecting that much. A lifelong issue with hang nails is now behind me. I found it easy to use with either hand.

This is my cuticle cutter comparison review of the Opove vs Ivon. Opove is $17 and the Ivon is $7. Both cutters are far superior than any one that you would probably find in a retail store. They are both on the larger side which makes it easier to hold. I would say that they are both salon quality. The Opove is definitely sharper though. So sharp I accidentally nipped myself when I used it the first time. I’m so used to using cuticle cutters from Walmart, CVS, or Target but you definitely have to change the way you handle your cuticles if you’re going to use a more professional unit like this one. I also like that it comes with a metal case. The price point is very good for under $20 considering how high-quality it is. I’m going to keep the cap on and also store it and it’s metal case because it has such a pretty rainbow finish so I want this to last years.
