It's a wearable insulated waterproof tarp-like blanket! Rip-stop on one side, fleece on the other. The hood has it's own pocket to fold into when not in use. Has a Velcro attachment to hold around the neck and the hood and pull strings to cinch it down. The fleece is stitched to the waterproof side so it doesn't slide around. I used it to sit on while working on my truck yesterday and it kept the snow off me and my rear warmer than if I used an actual tarp. It's washable too!I like to go to outdoor movies in the summer. This will be awesome to take. I can have a soft blanket to sit on, a poncho if it rains, and a wearable blanket when it gets cold.

We recently visited Maui and took a tour to Haleakala to watch the sunrise. We were told to dress warm but did not really pack that type of warm clothing. We were so lucky our tour guides had these parkas/blankets for us and was amazed how warm they kept us. I came home hoping I would be able to buy this wonderful product on line and this is what I found. Is wonderful.I used it at granddaughters soccer game. There was a slight mist in the air and I was not only able to keep warm but dry also. Then when the game was over, my coat and pants were still dry!It keeps the rain off, and on the inside it is a very soft fleece so you don't have that uncomfortable raincoat feeling.This is very large to wrap yourself perfectly, to keep your arms and hands warm, too.The draw string keeps the hood on and a Velcro strip you can attach at the neckline. Then you wrap it up in its own bag and place on you back like a backpack or slip over your shoulder.Can't wait to take campingI recommend this product!

I bought this to use as a seat protector in my SUV. It is well made, and covers my entire second row, and is large enough to reach down to the floor. I currently have my child seat on top, in case of an accident, and it also keeps pet hair off off my seats. Best of all its machine washable whenever it needs to be cleaned. In case of a break down or emergency, I can take it out and use it as poncho. I could also use it as a tablecloth for a picnic. Overall it’s a useful and handy item for me to have in my vehicle

This cloak has one side that is water and wind proof with a hood and another side that is insulated. As a nature lover, I find this cloak great when the weather turns chilly and wet. This product is great to deflect wind and rain. It is not to be very thick but is fleece lined. Super helpful for sitting out at cold softball games as long as you dress in layers
