I purchased this mat to use with a new Barbeque and I couldn't be more please with it. The food was cooked perfectly, with non of the usual spills and flare ups associated with using an open gridle. Cleaning up afterwards was so easy. I just removed the mat after the Barbeque and washed it with detergent. It is that simple.Barbeque was so easy to clean. Just a wide down to remove residual grease and splashes. Gridle remained spotless and did not need to be scrubbed down. For those of you that want to retain a clean Barbeque, just get one of these and you're sorted. The icing on the cake with this product, it that it comes with THREE mats in the box, so you can easily swap the mats over and keep you meat and vegetarian foods apart, while cooking. Thoroughly recommend this product. Just buy one. You won't be disappointed.

A very good quality product. 3 sheets in one pack. Re-usable, easy to wash through afterwards in warm soapy water, rinse then leave to dry. So simple to use. Nothing stuck to it, we were grilling 1/4 pounder beefburgers for an event. No more messing about with steel brushes, burgers kept whole and thoroughly cooked in no time. We used a gas barbecue with a skillet type top. Would Recommend. Worth every penny!

Wow. Used these mats over the summer. Was a little apprehensive that food wouldn't cook on a gas bbq. Needn't have worried. Burgers, kebabs, sausages, fish, veg - all cooked perfectly on these mats. Super easy to wash/clean afterwards. Perhaps the biggest bonus is my bbq was clean under the mats.Highly recommend. Game changer.

I've been using grill mats for over 5 years now and every time they do the job. These help trap moisture into the meat and honestly you can't burn your food with these.Also when it comes to cleaning, no more scraping the grill grates. Just remove and chuck into a dishwasher

The space age has brought us these heat shields, they are brilliant and actually work I still can't work out how a bit of plastic doesn't shrivel up and burn away. It's like having a roll up hotplate for your barbecue, we've had three barbecues so far and the heat mat is still like new not even any carbon burns or anything. One thing don't attempt to move it with your fingers once heated as you will get severely burnt, just because it doesn't glow it doesn't mean it isn't red hot!

I was surprised at the flexible and thin the sheets were. They were easy to cut to the shape of the grill and then I used them for indirect cooking of hamburgers on a charcoal BBQ. It was amazing, they sizzled and browned as if they were on a cast iron griddle with no flames or smoke. A revelation.

The mats during cooking worked well although fat does not flow away. The main problem is cleaning them after cooking. Even if you scrape off most of the fat and place in a dishwasher it does not clean thoroughly. You must soak in a sink of soapy water and scrub. Also do not place in a dishwasher near any thing else as they dirty plates etc. Place on a different shelf to anything else. However, we still use them.

Like it as it keeps our new oven clean.I cut the mats so that they fitted exactly to the shape of the both ovens and grill and so now it’s just a case of taking them out and giving them a quick wipe and replace and the oven is like new again.Cuts easy with a scissors or sharp knife.5 stars for this one.
