Works just as pictured

The top and the bottom of the incense holder is ceramic. Circular casing around it is plastic😕 which in turn makes it flimsy and knocks over easily not a great design🤔 it'll do in a pinch I guess😐 was ( little disappointed in this one...😐 On a positive note: It does look like the picture And LED BALL does light up..( I posted this interview earlier) the incense was actually in the package. It was just hidden in main box. (So sorry about part of previously posted review,) when I thought incense was forgotten) otherwise my review stands the same

This was a gift for my dad. It’s pretty and works well but unfortunately you are stuck with only a few scents that we like. Some of the others don’t smell right and they haven’t made the little scent balls for other brands or an extended line of smells. Other then that I really like it. It really pretty and works well. I’m just picky with my smells.

Listen to the negative reviews!I read the reviews before I purchased this item and thought "maybe it was fluke that that happened to them. It won't happen to me." I bought this incense holder. It has been less than a week and I'm already returning it.After burning 2 incense, the inside has turned yellow. This is obvious because the smoke is "trapped" inside, except not really. It leaks out of the bottom since the plastic cylinder doesn't fit correctly. I can handle having to clean it, that would have been fine.What I can't handle is the smell. Everyone who said it smells like a dirty ashtray wasn't lying. However, they did severely understate it. The oder was so strong it made me nauseous. I have been burning stick incense, opened my windows and doors, buring candles as well to get rid of it.I just feel bad for the people at Kohls who will have to repackage the item. I currently have it ziploc bagged 3 times and in a box. I don't even want to put this in my car...🤢

Much smaller than I thought it would be. I know he will like it but I was hoping it would be bigger. I do like the the cones it came with it.

Smaller than I thought but does exactly what it describes. Only complaint was that it didn’t get to me in time for Christmas even though I ordered Dec 3
