And for quick feature operation, use the interactive LCD Navigation Keys. X4040 IP Phones include all of the most popular features like Speakerphone, Call Announce Intercom with Hands Free Reply, Paging, and 5-Party Conference. The X4040 has (16) programmable buttons that can be used for telephone company lines, one-touch calling to other phones, access to System Features, and Speed Dialing. The programmable buttons of the X4040 phones improve call handling efficiency with Multi-Color LEDs enabling the user to see which telephone lines and phones in the system are busy. Buttons used for outside telephone lines simplify placing and retrieving calls from Hold. The Multi-Color LEDs enable quick identification of the Busy, Hold, or Idle status of each telephone line. XBLUE IP phones can be located at home or remote offices and operate just like phones located at the main office. Features like Programmable Buttons, Hold, Intercom, and Voicemail are all fully functional. The X4040 has a built-in 2 port data switch with included ethernet cable to connect your PC to the network via your telephone, so no extra wiring is required! Each X4040 IP phone includes a plug-in power adapter and is also PoE (Power Over Ethernet) compatible to eliminate use of the power adapter if desired (Optional PoE Data Switch required).
