If you're elderly like me and your teeth are shot this may replace your friendly neighborhood dentist. Look for the word repair on the Pronamel box. Brush with this twice a day. When it becomes more liquid than paste in your mouth, start swishing. Spit it out and DON'T rinse your mouth out with water like we all learned in health class. This has brought me an enormous amount of pain relief as well as making the teeth stronger by replacing lost enamel. I'm hoping this will help me hold on to whatever teeth I have left in whatever time I have left.
