I love it! The large bowl cups my hair perfectly and it dries much faster than the diffuser that came with my Conair dryer. The only problem I had was that it didn’t fit my dryer without an adapter. Fortunately my husband is a genius and he found a rubber plumbing fitting that worked perfectly! 😉

I have never used a diffuser before, but thought I'd try one out. This product seemed most popular. I have naturally soft waves that fall out when blow drying and to dry my hair naturally takes a few hours. This diffuser doesn't create miraculous results for me, but it dries and keeps intact my small waves in just about 10 minutes.Pros:- Big so it holds lots of hair- Air holes at ends of fingers to dry scalp- Inner detachable ring means better universal fit- Um, it does what it says it does (pretty big pro)Cons:- Gets hot to the touch during use- Big so may be unwieldy for some- Mine came in packaging that had a re-taped original seal like a return (slightly more to do with customer service than product)One thing I will definitely advise is making sure your hair dryer barrel isn't too long for this diffuser. Since the diffuser is SO big, attaching it to an already long hair dryer will make moving it around your head difficult and/or awkward. My Hot Tools hair dryer is a very compact design so it works really well with this diffuser and is still easy to handle. My hair dryer measures under 9 inches in length. The top three rated hair dryers by Xtava, Revlon, and Babyliss on here, however, are all at least 11 inches long based on the product details. Add a few more inches with this diffuser and that's a pretty long tool to be working with.The diffuser's inner detachable ring is just under 2 inches wide and my hair dryer fits and stays put, but if my barrel width was a few centimeters less the diffuser would probably slide off. And that's with the inner ring in place so anything smaller than that won't work.Most likely not relevant to anyone, but this diffuser does not fit the Elchim Milano.

Huge diffuser, feels well-made. I got it to fit my Revlon turbo 1875w ionic ceramic dryer by taking off the black rubber ring. I didn't realize until I cut it that you can slide off an inner plastic insert, then just take the rubber ring off.

I am thrilled with this diffuser! I have tried many similar products and this one does a job! The cup design is perfect for holding your hair while it diffuses it helping to produce the volume and shape most girls with curly hair want. At the end of the fingers are openings where air flows and helps to dry the roots of your hair at the same time that it is diffusing the ends. The drying time is much shorter because of that feature. The opening to where the diffuser matches up with the blow dryer is unusually narrow. When I ordered the diffuser the recommended blow dryer was not available. I found one that fit at Sally's Beauty Supply. The girl at the store was kind enough to let me try my diffuser on the blowdryers to make sure that it fit. I'm very happy with this product!

Forget those $200 dryers with their proprietary diffusers that claim to fix all of your curly hair frustrations. This diffuser reduces the amount of hair blowing your hair around (and therefore frizz), reduces the amount of times you need to move your dryer around your head, and distributes air and heat more evenly to your roots and ends. I have the standard conair infinity pro dryer from ulta and removing the plastic ring inside the attachment let this diffuser attach securely to my dryer.

I bought this several months ago, but I had a hard time finding a hair dryer to go with it since the ones from Xtava were sold out at the time. I recently bought the Nano Titanium by BaByliss PRO. It was a perfect fit, and I am very happy with this diffuser!

I was really excited to get this diffuser because everyone liked it so much. I have been using it for a month now. I think it works well and I like the big size. The reason that I gave it only 3 stars was because of the quality. The tips of the fingers have little ridges from where it broke off the mold (I'm guessing) and they catch my hair when I am diffusing. I keep trying it different ways in my hair to see if I can get it not to hook it. It doesn't matter how careful I am I usually end of catching my hair a few times each time I use it and it pulls out my hair. I wish xtava had better quality assurance department that required them to sand off the little bits of plastic leftover from molding. I am going to try to sand them off myself and see if that helps. I would not recommend it because of the issue I have with it catching my hair. I also bought the dryer that went with this diffuser because this did not fit my perfectly good dryer... so bummed that I wasted my money! I will probably eventually just pass it on to someone else and try the curlyco brand one.

This has totally transformed my hair! My curls tend to frizz and my hair takes millennia to fully dry. This isn't a miracle worker but it got my dry time down to about 40 minutes which is close enough to a miracle for me. The 'fingers' don't break up my curls or cause any frizz and it diffuses air so well that it really helps thoroughly dry the root. It fits perfectly on my Rusk Speed Freak dryer and I haven't had any problems with overheating or wear and tear despite dropping it about 5 times a week on average. Such a huge fan and I cannot say enough good things about this diffuser.

A bit overpriced considering it’s not universal. But you can always find a way how to fit it to your hairdryer if you really want to.

Great diffuser, holds more hair than my previous one and gives better results. Arrived quicker pthan expected. Fits perfectly with my parlux 3000!

I got this for my daughter as part of her Christmas present, I thought it was a little on the expensive side but she needs a large diffuser for her curly long hair, I could only find this one so got it along with the Babyliss three Q hairdryer as the reviews said they fit together well, they do and she is very happy with both.

Bought this for my gf, here's her review: I was looking for a new diffuser since my current one kept pulling at my curls and separating them, causing angry frizz. This works great, but check at off peak times for when ti goes down to 18$. I bought mine at 2 am one night, because during peak hours its 35$ (either 25$ with 10$ shipping, or free shipping and 35$).

Dissapointed that it’s already broken and was not a cheap item. I’d only used it a few times. The other day I was walking with it to find my blow dryer when I dropped it and one of the tongs snapped off! It was only a foot or so above the floor and I feel should not have broken so easily.ETA: Did not realize this was a third party seller when I bought so consider that also. Xtava offered to send me a new one before seeing that I was in Canada and had bought from a third party seller.
