Women's Elastic Waist Chiffon Petticoat Puffy Tutu Tulle Skirt Princess Ballet Dance Pettiskirts Underskirt

Again this was purchased for a play in which a 6 ft tall 220 pound guy plays a fairy and really abuses the crap out of these rolling around the stage.First the elastic bank was PERFECT and tight. There is a tie for a bow in the front (maybe the back - I might have put it in the wrong place) and the FLUFF is FULL and complete. This was the biggest worry that it would be cheap looking but it was not - it is truly a full out tutu.The inside has a SLIP like lining, which makes it tight around the hips or upper legs, but I was able to fold that UP into the waste band and full leg movement returned. The slip is made of heavy satin and I guess it is designed to hide the never regions, but the fluff is dense enough to do the same, so no need. That said we wore this high up because part of the joke was to have a little of the tights show as part of the comedy bit.

This petticoat is beautiful! Honestly, when I was looking at the product photos compared to the reviews, I was doubting the quality. However, it is the perfect amount of layers and fluffiness! It moves well, doesn't slip, and is very comfortable, but the bow is for decoration only. (For reference, I am 5'6", waist 76cm, hips 100cm.) The waist is elastic and stretches very far, but still holds it's shape when not stretched. The second picture is of a JSK (or jumperskirt) without the petticoat, while third picture is with the petticoat.I bought this item specifically for my lolita coordinates and found that I can create two kinds of silhouettes. The fourth picture is with two silhouettes compared. On the left, the petticoat is seated almost to my hips to create a "bell" shape. On the right, the petticoat is seated on my waist to create the classic "cupcake" shape. This versatility provides great flexibility depending on what you are wearing. And for a little extra poof, I will add a mini petticoat underneath this one to give it the perfect shape!Overall, I am in love with this petticoat. I honestly think it gives a better effect than most petticoats of a similar price range online. I would highly recommend it.

This was cute and seemingly well made. The bow in the front is decorative only. I am 5 ft. 3in. and weigh 160 lbs and this fit well. It is definitely long enough to cover your bottom.

 it's really fluffy and pretty, I wish they sold it in cream, so I'm probably gonna dye it with some coffee. most the review pictures don't have a good view on a smaller person, so I wanted to post some. the waistband is small but stretches nicely to your waist.

I absolutely adore this petticoat, after trying it on I immediately came back and purchased a white one as well. The elastic fits nicely around my waist and makes it easy to wear lower or higher depending on the outfit. I do wish that the tie on the front was more useful for making the fit more custom, but that's such a small complaint and the price is great. I've worn this underneath a few skirts when I felt like having some volume to my outfit and have gotten many compliments on it (most people don't seem to realize that it isn't simply part of the skirts!)As far as the amount of volume, it's enough for a sort of 'cupcake' look. Lighter skirts obviously get more volume, but it keeps its shape nicely throughout the day. I've worn it to work (where I alternate between sitting and standing for the day) and it retained its shape the entire day with minimal effort on my part.

Very fluffy! ended up using 1 and 1/2 of these to add some fluff to a cosplay (pictured)

Wow, is this thing SHORT! I mean doesn't cover your butt short. It definitely won't work with my retro dress or my costume because it makes the skirt hang weird. The term "tutu" in the listing title isn't kidding. Don't let the picture fool you.It's a bummer, really, because it is much softer than your typical tulle petticoat.

Had an 80's birthday party and dressed as Madonna. The skirt was great. Love that it had a soft lining so it wasn't see through. It arrived right on time and the quality of the skirt is really good. Same price as the ones you find at costume stores, but better quality. I definitely recommend.
