I bought this supplement to improve my hormonal acne and to check my hormones after coming off birth control pills. It’s been more than 10 days I am using this supplement, my menstrual cycle improved (I was having my periods every ten days), my skin is getting better..I didn’t get any cystic acne. So I think this is positive sign that this supplement is working. One of my friends suggested me to take Dim for my menstrual problem. I checked many different supplements on Amazon that has dim but I liked this one because of its serving size. Only one single capsule that has 250mg of dim plus multiple vitamins and it also has Chasteberry and Dong Quai extract that help hormone imbalance and relieve headaches. I’m going to continue to take this product.

I enjoy the supplement - it is easy to take and it is a good addition to my routine. There is no taste, and I think it may be helping with my skin.

I bought to regulate my hormones and decrease my hormonal acne. After a month of using its definitely decreased my acne and my face looks much better. Downside it turns your urine a different color FYI.

I was super skeptical that this would actually work! I'm 26 now and as someone that has suffered from cystic acne for years, since I was 15, and went off and on birth control (the pill and then the Kyleena IUD), but still suffered from hormonal cystic acne on my chin in addition to tinea versicolor, lethargy, and low libido caused from the estrogen imbalance, I figured this was my final resort.I have been taking these since October 2020 and I really did not have faith in it even after 3 months. I figured I tried DIM and it barely did anything before so why would it work now? I was curious to try chasteberry and I heard dong quai root worked for my twin sister so I figured I would try my luck with this. After hearing from multiple YouTubers that they tried to address their hormone imbalances with both chasteberry and dong quai or DIM, I hoped this would work.I try taking it every day between 8-10 am for consistency, and I noticed it addressed my cystic acne really quickly. I was rarely getting a cystic breakout and when I did, they went away fast and weren't nearly as big and angry. If I missed a pill for one day, I was typically ok, but I would sometimes feel a cystic flare up coming on if I missed it for two days closer toward the end of my cycle. Now that It's been 7 months, I can miss it for a while and still be ok. Also getting into a regular workout routine (at least 5 days a week for minimally 35 minutes) has only improved the results! My tinea versicolor is also FINALLY going away and my skin tone is evening out.I plan on continuing to take this for as long as possible, that is until I finally decide I want to try getting pregnant. Then I have no idea what I'll do! If you're absolutely miserable and not sure what else you can do to try to help your acne or any other symptoms caused by hormone imbalances, you MUST give this a chance! Be consistent and time, and you'll notice an improvement!

I’ve only been taking this for a little over a week now, but so far I have really been enjoying it! I was previously taking a dim complex from a different brand, but the actual DIM in the product was a much lower dosage and I was have to take 2 a day, instead of 1. Also, it only had 60 in the bottle. I stumbled across this product for the same price and very similar ingredients, but it being 90 capsules and only needing to take 1 a day was something that immediately got my attention! Then I realized that the actual DIM listed is almost DOUBLE to what I was taking, prior! It really seemed like a no brainer! This is, all around, a much better deal for the price! I’m excited to keep taking it to see how the higher dosage of DIM can further improve my hormone imbalance issues as well as my hormonal acne and PMS!Also, I want to add that their customer service is absolutely amazing! I have been receiving emails from them checking to ensure that I am happy with the product and if I have any questions or concerns. They respond back very quickly! Lovely customer service!!!!

Update - May 18, 2022As I've stated this product did not work me. However, I'd recommend trying it as it has worked so well for others. The company contacted me and issued a refund and a product choice. As I always do my best to support smaller companies I hope others will as well!I started taking this March 25th 2022.I have PCOS, with hair growth on chin/neck and short very heavy painful periods. Since taking this I have not seen any issues. The only thing I've noticed is spotting about a week before my last period. I do not normally have issues with my period changing up or doing anything differently. I usually have it for about 4/5 days with 2 very heavy days. However. My last one it was up on the scale of painful, it also started really early making me gave a period twice in one month. It could be from the hormones but it's very coincidental. I'll keep trying the product and update my review after another month. And up my dose since I have a high immunity to Medication and Supplements. But, so far my hopes are not high.May 10th, 2022 - Update -There may be some slight changes in the hair growth however, I can't say it's a huge difference. So the spotting process was still an issue. This time I spotted 2 days randomly within two weeks. And I could tell my period was about to happen but another week passed before I started. And it was still extremely heavy/clotty. And the pain was still excruciating, I could not move without feeling the pain in my pelvic area. I think after I finish this bottle I will no longer be using it. I feel it's only caused weird things to happen with my body.

As soon as I started this supplement, inflammation went down and I haven’t gotten any new cysts on my chin/cheeks. The other products I use are all topical skin care products. I just started my period so I’m hoping it doesn’t cause any irregularities.
