TicWatch E Smart Watch, Wear OS by Google Smartwatch

This watch was awesome until last week when it abruptly stopped working. Watch was completely dead. There was not shock trauma. No water exposed to the watch. So I plugged it in and it displays a flagging lightening bolt to indicate what I believe it's charging, it vibrates as well. So this continues for three minutes and just stops. I unplug it, and its still just a "brick". So I called customer service to see what could be done. The watch was one month out of warranty. I personally figured some sort of leniency could be found because the watch was not shock damaged or water damaged. Nope. Tic watch would not even repair this watch at my expense because the model is discontinued. I was told that I could buy a new ticwatch from their web site and many of their models are on sale. Bottom line worst customer service ever. Complete trash. If I could rate it a zero star, I would. Do not buy anything from this company. Amazon if your listening please consider not carrying their products.

This is a fine watch does everything that you would need a smartwatch to do. However the battery life is awful had I spent just $50 more I would have gone to Samsung and it would have lasted much much longer. Battery life gives me only about 4 hours and that's with minimal use.I've had this watch for about a year and a half and if I could have returned it I would. I would not recommend this watch if you do anything with a smartwatch.

I bought my watch in March and it worked great until Christmas... would no longer charge... bought a new charger and it worked for three months and the watch stopped working overnight. Don't know if it's the battery or the watch itself. I would have expected the watch to last more than a year for the price. I will be looking at other watches for my next purchase.
