Pretty darn good!
I bought this because i wanted blue tooth capability for my desk top. The reason why i bought this was so i could connect my new Razer Orchi gaming mouse. This bluetooth adapter is great in my opinion! It has a great range and connects quickly to my Razer gaming mouse. The thing about my mouse is that when in wireless mode, the mouse disconnects from the bluetooth when not in use to conserve battery power. Many many people gripe about the lag time between the reconnect and say that it messes with them while they are using apps/games ect. I believe that this little adapter fixes that problem because it connects super fast and when it connects i cant detect much lag. Also i use this adapter to connect with my bluetooth wireless headphones by Motorola. I enjoy being able to roam around the house and outside just with the headphones listening to music. On the other hand you cant use them at the same time because of interference but still this is a perfect product! I'm very happy with this buy!! Please add any comments if you have them!Oh by the way, the Adapter did come with a cd and installation instructions! But i just plugged it in and Windows 7 instantly recognized it and installed the proper drivers! NEAT!

A good product for a modest price
This dongle really works on Class 1 ranges as advertised. A very good product which makes the job hassle-free...BUT there are some points to consider: 1. do not connect the device to the low quality hubs - it "eats" a bit more power and can get overheated due to bad contacts or wireing, hence - just stick it directly to PCs onboard USB port.

Works as it should
This item worked fine with my Windows 7 laptop, unlike the IOGear I originally bought that "claimed" to work with Windows 7. No issues with losing connection. I am very happy with this adapter!
