These have been such a life saver! I was severely dehydrated, I probably should have gone to the hospital in all honesty but I got these and started taking 2 of these a day. Within minutes of the first one I saw the color come back to my face. I didn’t realize how bad I was. I was very constipated as well from being dehydrated but after 3 days of these I am back to being regular again. I personally don’t like them frozen. To me they taste like medicine when frozen. But if I get them cold or even to a slight slushiness-they taste fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

I recommend these to anyone who has young children. Whether it's during the school year or during the summer, these are great. Saved our butts a few times when the kiddos had the norovirus or stomach bug: kids think they're getting a treat, we get peace of mind they're replenishing electrolytes. While not as delicious as their sugary counterparts, they're not terrible either.

I love that brand. It's a great way to have the young ones getting their electrolytes without all the sugary drinks. Perfect for warm weather or just snack time.

These are a lifesaver for me. Trying to deal with POTs requires fluids and salt. These provide both. I always have them on hand, even in the winter

I live in Texas and from May to October it's disgusting out. I love keeping these handy to snack on when I get home and need to cool off. They're electrolyte popsicles, you don't need to be sick to enjoy them.

Love these, but two were busted open and boxes were sticky and wet upon arrival.

Great hydrating treat. I have POTS and this helps get electrolytes in. Kids would love them.
