I wanted a fountain that I didn't have to fill every couple of days and one that would not be openly deep, safe for the birds, so went with this one. We've had it a couple of months now and I must say, I love the design. It was just what I was looking for. The well is deep, I only have to refill about once a week, and the birds flock to it. I sometimes see 4 or 5 birds at a time on it, they love the slower flowing water and shallow basin. My last fountain was tiered and the bottom basin was open. I lost a couple birds to drowning, so this one caught my eye since there is no open basin. The only problem we had was that the filter on the pump kept getting clogged (like daily) and the flow slowed to a trickle. My husband removed the filter and presto, it works perfectly and I have had absolutely no issues. There is just enough running-water sound to be calming, and the light in top is beautiful, especially at night. Material it is made of is very lightweight, but time will tell if it will hold up to all the elements. Overall, I love this fountain, it was a great match to what I was looking for.

Total disappointment, this particular fountain arrives with a UK plug!!! So back it goes! US customers don't buy this particular fountain it comes with a UK adapter!

Totally impressed with the design and ease of assembly. The perfect addition to my garden and the birds love it! Thank you for making such a beautiful fountain! The finish looks just like concrete and I will admire it for years to come!

Unfortunately the pump is not able to move water up and out of the fountain. It has a UK outlet, so you must get an adaptor, which may be part of the problem. I ordered one which didn't work, then ordered again and it didn't work either. It is pretty, but didn't work at all.
