Great for the price!
I decided to take up spinning a little late in the pandemic so there wasn’t much to choose from as most bikes were out of stock or marked way up. My must haves included belt-driven, magnetic resistance, transport wheels, a device holder (so I could watch Peloton classes), and cadence (or RPM) tracker. Thankfully, Sunny came out with this bike in the last month or two so it was in stock and priced very reasonably! Even though there weren’t many reviews, I took the plunge and ordered off Amazon so I could receive my bike in less than a week. The Good:Assembly was far easier than an Ikea dresser and took less than an hour. The bike is super silent thanks to the magnetic resistance and the belt drive. Also, I’m loving the micro resistance knob! While visible levels may be good for those who want to track their progress, I’m completely fine with judging how much to add based on how I’m feeling. For example, if the instructor says bring resistance to 50, I’ll take it to a resistance where I’m giving 50% of my strength. While I could have easily bought a wahoo cadence tracker, it was great to not have to spend the extra money! For those who are newbies like me, cadence is measured by RPM, so this bike does in fact track cadence. I was a little worried about the transport wheels since they looked a little flimsy in the photos, but they’re actually quite sturdy and they all me to swivel the bike easily when I’m moving it in front of the TV. At 150 lbs, I am able to move from seated to standing without feeling like the bike is going to fall over, it’s very sturdy as far as I can tell. And lastly, the price can’t be beat considering the features. I assume it’s less expensive due to the lower flywheel weight, but the ride still feels plenty smooth. The Bad(ish):Box came a little beaten up but the frame was surrounded by styrofoam so no damage done. On my first ride, there was a slight scraping noise coming from the flywheel but after adjusting the bike it went away so I assume I was putting too much pressure on the front of the bike. Additionally, I felt and heard a slight thumping noise each revolution. After some trial and error, I found that one of my pedals was too loose and needed tightening. The seat is wide, which may be good for those who sit upright when cycling and plan to cycle for an extended amount of time, but I am using this bike strictly for Peloton classes so I’ve decided to buy a more narrow seat. On their site they describe this as an endurance bike so a wide seat is to be expected, just not what I need. Some thing that may bother someone else is that you can only see one metric at a time on the screen; however, I only ever look at the RPM tracker so this doesn’t bother me. So all of the negative things I experienced with this bike were either not important to me or it was fixable, therefore I am not taking off any stars.Overall this bike is a great entry-level or budget bike. It met all my minimum requirements at less than $400, so I am very happy with my purchase.

Lightweight and silent
Good price and quality. It does not take too much space, is silent and was easy to put together. The original seat was a little uncomfortable for me so I purchased a wider seat.

The third party seller is wonderful to deal with
The third party seller is wonderful to deal with, the bike was shipped quickly, and arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was well done, and the product arrived with no issues. Its intimidating looking to put together, but is actually a breeze to set up, it even comes with tools if you don't have them.My only complaint is the bike itself. I had hoped the magnetic fly wheel would provide more resistance and the bike would be a bit sturdier. I weigh 160 pounds, it does move when im up off the seat. The handle bar in the front has up and down adjustment, only, its a little further away than what I would like, the seat moves, but I am where I want to be in relation to the pedals. The pedals are very narrow I have a size 8.5 shoe and the ball of my foot barely reaches the pedal, the casing around the pedal is pretty tight so I lose circulation in my toes trying to keep my foot on the pedal. The straps for tightening and holding your foot in are VERY NICE. Overall its a decent bike- but I would not recommend it to someone weighing over 200# or with a foot larger than a woman's size 9. Or perhaps plan on ordering different pedals? Or having these modified. The seat, handlebars, and computer tracking info (heart, speed, calories distance) are all 5*The bike is adjustable, but definitely meant for one rider only as they are a pain to get into place.Im very glad I purchased this from a third party I saved about 100$ and considering the quality I feel like it was still a decent deal.

Great Indoor Bike!
I really love the magnetic Synergy Pro w/ belt drive. It is a solid exercise bike that adjusts to a variety of positions that fit me, my wife, and my daughter. The original seat was not comfortable at all, especially for my wife and daughter - it was too narrow and firm for them. Still looking for the best replacement, but that won't be too difficult and is certainly not a deal-breaker. It was quite easy to put together by myself, but it would be helpful to have a second person to help with lifting the bike to attach the floor braces and feet. The handlebars do not fit flush against the bracket they're meant to rest on (the shape of the bracket does not come close to matching the shape of the handlebar base...a precision issue with manufacturing, specifications/quality control issue), but I was able to tighten the screws enough that they seem to be stable. I'll be watching this over time and hoping it doesn't become a problem. The bike has been very quiet during most rides I've taken. But I have heard a light scratching sound coming from either somewhere within the belt housing or pedals/cranks...I can't quiet isolate yet. I just hope it's not something that will worsen and cause wear on parts. I'm not too impressed with the quality/feel of the computer included. It works fine so far, but I worry a bit about its longevity. I wonder how accurate the calories burned really is - it shows I burned 975 cal in a 45-min ride averaging 23mph at 100 cadence. That's at least 400 more than what I do at my local YMCA! The ride is otherwise very smooth and enjoyable! I really like the different hand positions available on the handlebars, and love the tray for my phone or a tablet. The pedals are super solid and rotate smoothly, and I really like the cages to keep my feet in place (I'm not a clip guy myself). It has provided some excellent workouts so far! I'm glad I bought it.
