It's doesn't say it's for cats anywhere on the bottle. It's very dog oriented but it shouldn't hurt your cat if you use it.

this acts like a conditioner/detangler. It also keeps them smelling pretty in between baths. I highly recommend it.

It's a very clean fresh powder fragrance. It helps keep you puppy smelling fresh and clean longer than anything I have ever used. I have dachshunds and i love this product. Great for between bathing.

Q: does it fade quickly, or does the fresh smell last for awhile after spraying?

It does last. I will be buying it again and again!!!!! Smells like they just left the groomers.
