In Biker Build-Off, each customizer will be given two weeks to create a one-of-a-kind motorcycle, from the ground up. Although aesthetics are crucial to all the builds, the contest also requires the bikes to work; the builders must ride them as far as 1,000 miles to major bike events, where attendees vote for their favorite. Episode 1: Presenting the first-ever Freestyle Motocross Biker Build-Off. Two custom bikes that are more than eye candy... they can fly over desert dunes, backflip from ramp to ramp, and wheelie at will. Facing off are two legends of the sport: Mike Metzger, the "Godfather of Freestyle Motocross" and Larry Linkogle, who once jumped a bike 255 feet for a world record. Metzger goes for bling and exotic race components in his "Mean Green Rippin' Machine." Linkogle's bike is a post-Armageddon vision he calls "The Cockroach." Like the insect, the bike will survive a nuclear blast. Before grandstands filled with "mosh" pit bashing motocross fans Metzger and Linkogle go for the BBO trophy.
