Es muy buen expectorante, ademas sirve como suplemento, si necesita sacar el catarro viejo que no sale con ningun medicamento esto es lo que tiene que comprar, yo deje de fumar y me he pasado mucho tiempo con catarro y no habia podido conseguir este jarabe y al fin lo encontre se lo recomiendo al 100%
