I was intrigued the first time I saw this type of product. I did a little comparison. Before my purchase, I saw negative reviews and understood why. For someone with little to no knowledge on how to do this, this is perfect. It is price pointed and quality. I tried it twice. The first time, I was disappointed in my execution. I found that for me, it was easier to mold and shape directly on my finger nails with a little piece of cake collar roughly cut and slipped behind my nail. I think the price is great for someone curious and wanting to diy nails. The quality of this product is amazing. I did a full set the night before Thanksgiving. Today, I see a little separation from my index finger and natural nail. Other than that, fantastic lightweight feeling. Unlike my experience with professionally done acrylic, they last and feel is excellent!

I followed the instructions exactly and it would not dry. It said to dry them for 30 to 60 seconds after putting the poly gel on. I did that and they were still wet. I did it for 3 minutes and they were still wet. It was easy to use overall and looked good, but if it never dries it's pointless. You get a ton of stuff for the price though. Forms, light, gel, shaping brush, lines, French tip forms, gems, stickers, tweezers, nail clippers, nail file, and buffer. I'm probably forgetting something they included.

Four stars initially because: Very, well-packaged. Every item was properly bagged/ tagged (and new). I can even use the box to store my kit supplies when not in use. Even included a pair of lashes, Bobby pins, and lemon cuticle oil. Can wait to try it.So I set aside space and prepped all items. Had instructions ready to go. Kit was easy to use, but nails are not sturdy. I can’t go through a day like that. Would never do polygel again. Por exemplo, mira mi Nail por arriba. Didn’t even make it 30 minutes…at home 🙄. Ain’t no tell where I will find the rest of them nails. Definitely try with nail tips and best of luck to ya!

Your first time you use it you will absolutely hate it but as you keep going you will really like it. I didn’t realize the directions went down and back up and repeat not across and down like how NORMAL directions are wrote. Also make sure your first time you have lots of time because it may take awhile. And let me tell you right now water does not help get it off. ANY OF IT. So yeah if you are like me and you are reading reviews trying to convince either yourself or your parent definitely try it just read the instructions very carefully.

The first try I used the dual forms, which are a lil tricky I would pack them too much with the poly gel and would recommend patching up the rest but the forms to create air pockets. The dual form stickers didn’t really stick so the shape would get messed up. The 2nd attempt I bought clear tips and glued them on and filed it to level with my nails before placing the poly gel. As a first timer I thing this was the easiest way to apply the gel. They feel stronger with the tips and it was easier to shape and perfect the cuticle bed. The forms would push product out the edges if you use too much and if you use little you would have to do patch work. The tips helped being that you can see what your doing

It looks easy to do... it should be easy to do. The kit supplies everything you need. However I tried 4 different occasions to attempt these nails. Epic fail. The instructions say cure for 90 sec front and back. Which I did, however some parts of nail were not cured all the way.At a different time i tried less poly gel ( nails did not look nice) definitely need more poly gel. Placed hand inside uv light again to cure. After a good 10 min in total under uv light they cured. Let's be honest nobody needs have their hand in uv light for that long. Oh and the clear clips to hold the nail don't stay in place. Also tried the nail form. Not so great. So I tried it like nail polish. I had a better outcome but still 10+min in uv light . Let's be honest I got the kit for the length. Hope this helps. BTW this item cannot be returned.

This was my first time using polygel and it came with everything needed. I order this in december and even though they are small tubes I still have 2 tubes left and have had my nails done every day since purchase. The quality of the nail lamp and gels are worth the price alone! Really great deal all around.
