love this
I collect weapons and knives. This one is my favorite. It is extremely sharp, easy to use, and easy to hide if you decide to wear it daily which I do. I never leave home without this attached to the back of my pants.

Very good knife for s cheap price
I received this knife and have been using it for over a month. When I just got it and compared it to my other knives, it felt much lighter, to the point that I started checking if it was made out of plastic. But it's definitely metal, I guess I never had a knife with aluminum parts. One of the main reasons I choose this one was because it has a tab sticking down between the handle and the blade, preventing fingers from sliding off the handle and on to the sharp blade if your hands are wet or something. The spring loaded mechanism is nice, although in the beginning it was very stiff and hard to use, but it's broken in now and flips out smoothly. As far as sharpness, I use it every day on random things, opening packages, cutting or prying things open, stripping wires, etc. It's been great and is still sharp. The only thing about this knife that I would consider could be a con for some people, the blade has slots I'll it. I know manufacturer did this to lighten the weight as much as they could, and did it in a nice stylish way as well. But if you use it for hunting or some other ways with liquids, that's where the dirt will get collected and it's not easy to clean out. Just use an old toothbrush on that part.Overall, I think this is a great knife with a lot of features for such a good price. I could nitpick at it all day but this isn't a $100 knife, at this price point I was impressed it didn't fall apart the first time I used it. Quality wise and features I would compare this one to around $40-$50 knives you can buy at the store.

Decent buy, with conditions...
Not necessarily a bad buy, but you do get what you pay for. The blade and handle assembly are both solid, but the spring assist tends to push the locking mechanism past the blade base causing it to lock open. I needed to use a small pry to push the lock back into place several times. Would I buy this again? For the price, yes. I'd like to see a tweak to either the spring strength or locking mechanism to ensure the blade doesn't get stuck locked open without having to use another tool to get it closed.

Very good product, worthy of recommendation.
I bought two different tactical knives this week. This one is the cheapest of the two and the best. It's beautifully wrapped, and if it's a gift, it looks great. The Blade is very sharp. The blade catches the blade well. Glass Shards on the handle. built-in seat belt cutter. Finger grip and texture comfortable, stable, non-slip fit. It also has a blade stop and a blade lock to ensure your hand is safe when used. It is better designed and manufactured than more expensive tools. I have attached a picture of this knife and how it compares in the construction of a similar quality steinbrook blade. I definitely prefer rush dear, and would love to use it for fishing, hunting and camping. Height

Best pocket knives out there!
Would recommend these every time. My hubby has 2 and I have 2. No issues with them yet and we use them on a daily basis. He uses them at work and at home on our farm. Has been dropped multiple times at multiple heights and still in tact. Very happy with these and would recommend these pocket knives everytime.

This is an Awesome Knife for the money.
Wow, I am impressed, this is really good quality knife, I did not expect such high quality for the price. I give it 5 stars, but the Amazon rating had one of the features as lightweight, which it is not, so I had to mark it 4 stars for lightweight. The metal is really strong which makes it weigh the same as other high quality durable knives.

Excellent knife for the price
Well made and very sharp out of the box. I'm glad it has two options for opening, I'm not very good at using my thumb but the flipper on top is easily activated. It may not be as fast as an automatic but is nevertheless quick and firm. I appreciate the safety lock as well for when it's in your pocket. I like the style and the incorporated glass breaker and belt cutter. All in all it seems to be a good choice for EDC. Hope it will last - judging from the heft and operation, I believe it will.

Poor (as in no) customer service.
I immediately realized that the blade lock was not engaging. I tried everything I could think of to insure that the error was not on my part. After checking that out and satisfying myself that the fault was indeed with the knife, I emailed Jellas Customer Support seeking help. I got no response. Then I contacted Amazon and they referred me to Jellas Customer Support again, so I tried them again but again, I got no response. Then I requested a refund from Amazon but before I could get the knife to a UPS store, a friend took the knife apart, repaired the blade lock and put it back together. So I cancelled the refund request but I can't recommend this company to anyone. Too bad, the basic design seems good, just a little manufacturing flaw that could easily have been handled by Jellas if they had just bothered to respond.
