Great colour, easy to use. First one arrived damaged (colour had snapped) - really quick and easy replacement sent.

The stick arrived empty. I only used the liner about three times. Very disappointed as the last stick I has lasted months.

The formula is great. The twist tube is defective. You can twist and Product will come out but you cannot counter twist and send Product back into the tube. Other than that this stuff is awesome. I have very sensitive eyes and this doesn't irritate my eyes.

The eyeliner went on smoothly, with very little drag. The line is buildable, but can be quite fine. It's a very nice neutral color for day or night. It lasted all day and thru NYE, only under eye smudged down a bit. It takes makeup remover to remove it. I recommend highly. It works well with neutrals and purples.

Normally I LOVE this eyeliner and buy it directly from Ulta. This time I figured I’d try Amazon to save on shipping cost, I will not buy it from here again. Usually this eyeliner is soft and glides on super easily and last all day, sometimes overnight, no issues. The one I got from Amazon is super hard and I really have to push to get it to go on and I am lucky if it last through the majority of the day.
