My hooks work on standard 1 inch poles. 99% of the wire metal shelves sold in Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart etc., use 1 inch poles. Sorry they didn’t work for you.

I assume these cannot clip across a shelf. How much space is required between shelves? From the video it looks like three increments (3 inches)?

They can only snap/attach to the poles. They can be within inches of each other. Thanks.

Do you guys make these for 7/8 inch poles?

Hi there, currently they are only available for 1 inch poles. That is the current size 99% of shelves currently being sold. If I get I to the big box stores maybe they’ll want them for 7/8th inch poles. Thanks Dave.
