4 total stars. 5 stars for fit, as in a *Perfect Fit*... absolutely great and perfect on the looseness/tightness, which is always a problem with other similar items. I bought an XXXL and normally wear a 36 inch waist pants meaning a size 35 inch waist standing yet size 38 or 39 inch waist sitting. Other brands either fall off when I move or are too tight when I sit down. Material is soft and comfortable when wearing. Color, stitching, and general quality is very good. Length slightly long, hits me just below the kneecap at tad under 6 feet tall.Now you might notice I didnt give 5 stars... here are the slight complaints: first, after one wash the soft cottony feeling fabric has a tiny bit of a pilling feeling as you run your fingers along it already. Second, the elastic waist on the inside is only 95% covered by the cotton/polyester material so when you pull ‘em down to do your business the elastic sort of grabs and rakes down your sides... but maybe this is the secret to them staying on so I wont ding them for it.Will I buy again? Yes, since comfortable loungin in my shorts is high priority on my list of good things in this world! I outdid myself today anyway... did my semi-work out this morning, helped the wife cook, did some yard work... now it is time to take a breather and write reviews.

I previously tried the Latuza short, but return them because the material felt too thin. These At The Buzzer shorts use thicker material, and are much more comfortable for sleeping or lounging around the house.My reduction in stars is due to what I see as a quality control issue. When I tried using the pockets I noticed the left side had a large opening that could easily fit my cell phone. However, the right side was smaller, making it tight just getting my hand inside. The opening on one side appears to be ~1 inch smaller than the other.

I got size x large I am size 39" got a little big which is OK the drawstrings make it tighter this way it's more comfortable the only problem is I got the black ones and I noticed at the factory die black color has a real bad smell from the dye color I have washed it FOUR times it's starting to get a little bit better less smell should've got the lighter color ones so die would not of smelled as much has a real bad smell from the dye color I have washed it three times it's starting to get a little bit better less smell should've got the lighter color ones so die would not of smelled as much . I know the ink die smell because I had worked at that type of factories .

These are perfect for lounging around. For sleeping they can't be beat, because they are roomy and don't pull up. The elastic band has just enough tension to hold them up, but do not grip too tightly - just right. They feel really cool at night and don't sweat at all. There is an extra pull if you decide to be a little more athletic than usual and you want them to stay up. The elasticity is just wonderful. It gives for every motion but jumps right back into shape when relaxed.It has a center button on the fly that you can button up if you are going to move about in an area where you don't want an inadvertent opening of the fly. For sleeping you probably just want to leave it unbuttoned.The pockets are real handy to keep a Kleenex, socks or other small items. I even carried my cell phone around for a while, but I wouldn't make a habit of it.My only suggestion would be to have some of these available with more patterns and colors.

Comfortable and soft material that would make for good sleeping shorts. This product has a high "true to size" percentage however not for me. I'm sure slim people will find a size that works but for bigger guys I do not find the sizing accurate based on other brands. I have a 46/48 waist and generally XXL or XXXL works just fine with room to spare. Not the case with these. I ordered 3X and while they fit, the elastic was stretching and the material hugged the hip and thigh areas. I hate that and want my sleeping shorts loose and baggy. In addition as of this writing the sizing chart link for this product lists 'chest' only which is useless for a pair of shorts. Where's the waist sizing chart?! Finally $15 is a slightly high price for sleeping gear...but I did mark this product 4 stars because I think many people will find them comfortable and usable. For years I've used Hanes sleeping shorts in 2X, but they are becoming increasingly harder to find for some reason so I tried these. Oh well; I returned.

These are nice and soft with a very giving waistband. If they were regular shorts, they would be to soft and loose for wearing about. These are great for sleep shorts because of how soft the material is and how gentle the waistband is. I would buy them again. In fact I may just get a second pair for myself, since my husband is happy with the material and fit.

These are very light and comfortable. I love these after a days works once I've had a shower and want to relax. They are very breathable as well so sleeping in them is great. My only beef is I wish there was a better selection of colors here on amazon but that's not a big deal. I will be buying more.

According to the size chart, I wear one size down from what I ordered. However, I have learned that many items from Amazon.com are not the usual US sizing, so I went a size up - especially since my intent was to sleep in them. Perfect decision there as they fit just right and and super comfy. They keep you warm and I'm here writing the review because I came back for a second pair.

really disappointed with the quality of this item. all of the stitching is starting to come apart after only a few uses.

good
