It's a good collection of things a beginner is going to need for their saxophone. The strap isn't all that fantastic, but it's a decent backup. We primarily bought it for the cleaning swabs and brushes, and have found the thumb rest to be "okay", the mouthpiece/bite guards are good, and the reed holder was a nice addition.

Bought this for my son who plays the saxophone. It is a great kit, and fits right in his instrument case with his sax. The tools are all a good quality and haven’t started for fall apart. Makes all the difference in getting rid of that spitty buzzing sound that you can get without a good clean. It is so much better than the one that came with his instrument.

I bought this for a tenor sax, and the only quibble I have is that the reed guard it comes with is too small for tenor reeds. Works well with alto sax and clarinet reeds!I like the semi-hard case it all comes in. It helps me keep all my lil bits organized and not flying around inside the sax case. The tools are great for daily upkeep and keeping your sax dry after playing. The swabs have weights on the ends of the pull strings and I love it!

I got this kit for my 11 year old beginner SAX and it is a good kit, just make sure you go through the right side with the rag 👍👍👍they have great tutorials on YouTube for beginners

Great cleaning kit for Clarinet and Alto Saxophone. NOT for Tenor. The swab got stuck in my horn and I had to take it in to the repair shop to get it removed. Not happy. $50 later I got my $7 swab removed.
