The seller was "Sheer Home Life", but fulfilled by Amazon. I paid 10 bucks.I purchased this as a gag gift (stress reliever) for a coworker. It says "sorry" when pressed...nice and loud...12 different, funny variations. One of my coworkers didn't like it, because it implied guilt...now that's funny!If you want to hear it, then visit youtube and search for "sorry button". It's about 3 inches in diameter and 1.75 inches tall. Batteries were included.
