I've had this for about 8 months already was not sure it would last this long but seems to be holding up well. navigation is pretty easy, sync's up to computer very easy and folder creation and files are easily moved when doing so using your computer. battery lasts for about a day. The metal case gets pretty heavy in your pocket especially if your wearing baggy gym shorts with this in pocket and want to run, not recommended. Good range using the Bluetooth, but depends on the headphones you have as Ive taken some back that sucked with this and others that work fine. While in Bluetooth mode you cannot play from a created folder, it accesses all songs in alphabetical order and you have to scroll through songs, this is why I gave it 4 stars. this seems to be inherent with all Cheap Mp3 players. Has a lock button which is a great feature, but do not be quick to press the off button after unlocking, It will lock up. then you must hold the off button for 20 seconds to get it to turn off, then its ok afterward.

This product seems very well-made I was very pleased when I opened it up. I had some difficulty loading songs onto the device but once I was able to do that within the matter of 30 days the device failed I kept it charged up to a full charge. I've contacted FEI technology to advise them of the problem they responded by telling me to go in the product menus itself and doing a reset however if the product will not fire up and not go beyond the logo screen one cannot reset the device I have been waiting patiently now for quite some time with follow-up email messages requesting updates as to what I should be doing with this product I've been wanting to return it since November and here we are already in December with no resolution I truly wish somebody from Amazon would step up and tell me what I can do to get this right thank you...

I bought this to listen to music while gardening. The Bluetooth wouldn't work with 3 of my earphones of different ages and different Bluetooths. While using it while cutting our grass it changed itself to Chinese symbols below the pictures and everywhere else and became unusable.I emailed the company and asked how to change it back to English and four days later the response was, "hello, In the setting where you can change the language. about the bluetooth,I will ask our engineer about this. PHILLIP"I replied and told them I needed to know which "setting" to go to and what to do. That was days ago and I haven't received any more response.The CD titles are listed with a few words on a list one after the other and it is difficult to get to a title you want to play. It is very difficult to do anything with this player and frustrating. The sound, if you can get it to work, is OK, not great.If you don't read Chinese and want to use Bluetooth, don't even consider buying this piece of junk.UPDATE: I finally got an email telling me which icon to switch on to change the language, it was not the right icon, but after I worked on the next one to the one he told me I finally found "language" under one of the icons and got it changed back to English.The Bluetooth still doesn't work, but at least I can use it and stop looking for a different one for awhile. I wish they would raise the price a few dollars and make it work better. I raised it to 2 stars. If they help me get Bluetooth to work I will raise it more stars.

I really want to like this product. Navigation is easy, connection to bluetooth easy. The problem is when you upload folders of music to the player, the creation of albums, artists etc isn't quiet right. I find navigating to specific music is not so simple. The were no real instructions and just can't figure out if i am the problem. Also the bluetooth connection starts to go in and out when i go out jogging and i don't hold the player at chest level.I might have to send it back.

Sometimes the store brand is just as good (if not better when considering the savings) as the name brand, and sometimes it falls short. Unfortunately this product fell way short.From the moment you open the box it is apparent that this product was made without the assistance of a professional industrial designer. Nothing is intuitive. In fact this must be the least intuitive thing I've purchased in a decade. From the way it sorts files to the way you select files nothing makes sense and the means by which you select anything is asinine. The bluetooth won't pair with anything. The on/off button is the same as the record button.Save your money, time and aggravation and by something else.

Plays okay. What I don't understand is why should it switch off when I plug it to charge? If it is playing and I connect it to charge, it goes off. I will have to reconnect to Bluetooth and to the music I was playing. It cannot play more than 7 hours when fully charged.

LOVE IT! , very easy to operate and read with a great sound

This player was a bad player, it worked fine the first couple of days then it froze up and it went off and wouldn’t come back on, it also didn’t come with instructions or earphones. It only came with a charger. I tried to find a way to reboot it, but there was no way to do it. I will not buy this product again.
