Great product with one flaw
It took some time for the steam to come through but once it did steam up the product worked great! The only issue I had is that there was a plastic cover over the hole where you would insert the water or oil. After only 3 times of lifting this cover to place water inside the plastic cover ripped off; once this happened I was not able to use the product anymore as the water would leak right out without the cover. I was able to return the product with ease and I would buy again if this one flaw is fixed.

Great Find
Love love love this straightener. I could only give it 4 stars due to the water reservoir being so tiny. I have to fill it about every 5 sections of hair I straighten. That is annoying. Otherwise this would be perfect. I’ll be buying again or until something else trumps it

It straightens your hair faster than a straightener
I love this straightener a lot!! It makes my hair really straight, soft and shiny. It straightens my hair within three swipes unlike a regular straightener. I have really thick hair and it straightens my hair within 40 minutes

Nice!!
It gave the hair a nice sheen and softens the hair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars were the yellow cellophane tape on both plates. It took me awhile to take off, otherwise its a great product. Will give update in the future because I've just used this product for the first time.

consider another brand
when you put togethers the plates, theres a gap between them and you cant curl your hair with it, our straighen it well. i need to say i am impatient person when flat ironing my hair since its staright but frizzy.
