Excellent stuff, i have done my webwork checked out levels combo's of minerals and bcaa's through to creatine mixes this stacks up seriously good easy to mix good strong flavour but not sickly easy to consume on an empty stomach and has nice milkshake consistency. can easily be drank in the morning and pre workout and after the workout again great levels of bcaa and creataine as a stand alone this can save you money as it contains everything you need in one supplement and it really has shown results after consumption after a good workout. can only recommend this as it does exactly what it says. any questions drop me a message

Great taste
I do love this product. It does what it says. Has a great taste too.I drink of this a day on top of my food is enough to put some weight on. I scored this 4/5 due to the product making you smell of milk. Strange I know but you can smell it on you / in you (I guess through your pores) for hours afterward.

Although this is marketed as Vanilla Ice Cream it does not have a strong vanilla taste like a number of other protein brands I have tried. The protein content is good and the packaging is also good. The scoop that comes with the product is extremely large and quite difficult to get out of the hole whilst full of protein

You’re best training partner!
Reflex use grass fed hormone free milk to produce the protein in this plus the creatine is the purest available in creapure, complex carbs oat & barley flour plus lots of other stuff to really give your workouts the power & energy you need..not taken this for a few years but within a day or two i definitely had more power & strength lifting weights. This is very sweet though.. maybe it’s the combination of sucralose, stevia & maltodextrin but really I’m mean even for me it’s too sweet, I’d omit the artificial sweetener personally you don’t need it. This supplement is to my mind comparing it with other all in one’s the best in terms of ingredients & results... REFLEX 👍

Mix 145g (approximately four and a half level 60ml measures) with 400ml of water and mix thoroughly in a shaker cup or blender. On training days take one serving mid morning between meals and one serving after your workout. On non training days take two servings, one mid morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals.

But this one stop is brilliant good for vegetarians no bovine or gelatine in it. Personally i only use 1 scoop it's more than enough. And in milk it tastes really nice not harsh or chemical taste. I did my research before buying it's much better than the other brands even those charging much more than reflex. In Shaa Allah you'll get good results with this."}}]}]}
