Really good chef's knife. Quite light, the handle is ever so slightly small for me but it has a good shape! I like the dimples that are ground into the sides of the blade. They help to stop the suction, especially when slicing potatoes, preventing the food from sticking to the knife. Good quality and well finished.

This knife makes it so easy to cut. It is perfect for everything, from meat to fruit and vegetables. It’s is really sharp which makes it really easy to use. It comes in a lovely box to store in.

Nice knife this. Very very sharp. Handles well, nice balance to it. Comes with a metal thing that you rub your fingers on and it gets rid of the smell.
