Most comfortable
I have tried several different waist chinchers expensive brands like “cherry”Wanted to give a try because it’s double lined, snapper then zipper. I am active lady with bad back. So need good back support while i am working out.First thing i liked about this chincher that it was really smooth, silky feeling fabric and feels really nice on skin, not itchy or rubbery feeling.Second it’s holding everything together but gives still room to move around. I run in a morning, did lift weights and even worked out hiit workout like a cross fit. I was managing to keep this belt till end of my workout without getting suffocated.Now it’s my favorite belt to wear to gym or around the house while doing chores.

Not sure of the benefit, sizing seems decent
I decided to try this on a whim. I recently obtained a lumbar brace for my back pain, and I wanted to try this as a brace while working out. Maybe the warming action would help my back.I ordered a medium based on the size chart. It’s a little bit of a struggle to secure, but I am able to fasten every hook on the first line of hooks. I figure this is acceptable, aren’t you supposed to wear your bra on the loosest hook as it will loosen over time?My only gripe is that this device is not for the short waisted. It’s definitely a bit too long for my torso.

Fits great
Fits as expected, is nice and unobtrusive under clothing, and does exactly what it's supposed to. You may not even notice how much it makes you sweat until you go to take it off! Very comfortable.

It’s been a while since I’ve found a waist trainer I actually love. It gets me sweating as soon as I put it on, already I can tell I’ll probably need a smaller size soon if I keep using it during my workouts. The material isn’t bad at all, it’s not cheap or flimsy at all.
