Q: does it remove waterproof mascara?

In my experience, it does. It was not quite as effective as other products on the market (the ones with unwanted/toxic ingredients) but I would just wipe a few extra times. Also, I use waterproof eyeliner as well, and this product removed that, too.

Q: Is it only for eye make up? Can it be used for all face? Or is it a better product for that?

You can use it as a moisturizer. A little goes a long way. Be careful to not get the oil directly in your eye.

Q: Alternative for cotton rounds? They seem to tear apart when wiping skin.

You can buy reusable cotton rounds that are more like fabric so won’t tear. Just wash and reuse.

Q: Does it remove foundation?

Probably. It’s basically just almond oil. Unless your face is extremely dry I wouldn’t use it to remove foundation.
