Works well, comfortable, and easy to clean
So far so good. It fits well in my nursing bras (I haven’t tried with my regular bras, but I also haven’t worn those since nursing, so it doesn’t really matter for me). They are comfortable and easy to clean since it’s one solid piece of silicone. I was worried that it would be difficult to pour the milk out, but it pours nicely and doesn’t have any crevices that hold milk back. You can create a light suction with these or collect milk passively. I haven’t tried the more expensive hakaa ladybug or shells, so I can’t say if this is a good alternative to those, but it definitely works.

Easily start building a freezer stash.
This is my third go around with nursing. The Trove is by far the best milk collector. It easily goes into my bra. I love that it isn't dangling off, easily kicked by my baby. It provides light suction, if you give it a squeeze. Easy to clean. Easy to travel with. Wish I had gotten 2 pack!Only con is, the bottom has a flat area to help stand it up, but it always feels like it's going to fall over. I've only knocked it over once, but do worrying Everytime that it is going to fall over. I just wish it somehow had a larger, flatter surface to make me more comfortable with sitting it down full. But like I said, it actually hasn't fallen over except the one time I bumped it.

Lifesaver for Breastfeeding
So happy with this - lifesaver!! I was previously using the Haakaa manual pump as a collector because I heard it recommended during my pregnancy. That was so frustrating because it got knocked off all the time. The Boon is amazing and sits perfectly in my bra. It lightly suctions to you and ensures that it’s not going to just fall off. It’s so light and comfortable that after nursing my baby I have forgotten it’s still on until about 20 minutes later lol I will say don’t bend all the way over wearing it. I bent over to pick something up off the floor and the cup started to leak. I still didn’t lose the entire session’s worth like I would have with another brand. Otherwise I haven’t had any leaks or issues with it!

Thanks to my Boons I have more milk than I know what to do with!
Update: these worked amazingly for me for the first couple months, but I stopped using them around 8 weeks and now that my milk supply has regulated, they hardly catch any milk, no matter how engorged I am or how much suction I use. It’s a great way to build up a freezer stash and prevent a ton of milk from getting wasted in those early weeks, but they’re not a substitute for a pump if you need long term milk collection. At least not for my body.Original review: I have a couple Haakaas that I tried using my first few weeks breastfeeding, but my baby sometimes kicked them off and it was stressful worrying about spilling milk everywhere. I also had a hard time getting them to suction on securely without the suction becoming painful. I stopped using them, but then I was soaking through a breast pad with every feeding and wasting a ton of milk.I read reviews for a lot of products similar to this one, but the Boom seemed to have the best design and the best reviews so I decided to give them a shot. Funny enough, my lactation consultant recommended them to me out of the blue the day after I ordered them. These have completely changed my breastfeeding experience! I haven’t needed to use my electric pump a single time since I started using the Boons. If I use them every time I nurse on the opposite breast, I collect about two whole bottles of extra milk in 24 hours. This is more than enough to let my husband take a couple feedings with the bottle and to create a freezer stash. Now my biggest problem is figuring out what to do with all the extra milk!Another great use is preventing engorgement. If my baby isn’t hungry and my breasts are full, I can put these on and get a couple ounces on each side, just enough to relieve the pressure without draining my breasts completely. That way I still have plenty of milk whenever baby is ready to nurse. They stay on in my nursing bras really well. I need to increase the suction periodically as they fill with milk, but it's so easy to do just by pushing on the front through my bra. They are comfortable and convenient enough that I forget I'm wearing them. Just be careful not to spill then if you sit them down.

Not discreet - but work
Well made product - but in no way discreet. They are approximately 3 inches thick and 5 inches wide. They are made of a durable silicone, easy to pour if you squeeze them in half-ish, and easy enough to clean. I bought 2 and let 1 float around the house to use on the other side well I breastfeed and keep one in my diaper bag for the times I'm out and about for collecting when I'm manually pumpingI have never seen them fill up and wouldn't let them either because it would most likely make a mess when removingIf you apply correctly and give a gentle suction, then place inside your nursing bra - you will get on average 1oz while nursing (2 or so of you are engorged. I have collected 3oz occasionally when engorged.) It is definitely a passive way to collect milk casually - BUT - you must keep in mind that what your collecting most times is foremilk- no hindmilk. Which is a big difference for feeding. Foremilk is much thinner and keeps baby hydrated but not full, so casually collecting this for a full-feed isn't really a great idea. I would suggest adding what you collect to an already pumped session so there is hindmilk as well. (And don't forget the rule of adding fresh milk to fresh milk and cold milk to cold milk for those who are unaware. You cannot mix the 2)So, a good purchase with minimal issues. All in all, I recommend getting them for using at certain times and not necessarily for hours on end. I do not find them comfortable at all - I am a large chested woman in general but even with a smaller chest they are not a soft product
