Since your burning data at 2 megs per minute it would depend on Device storage limits. I'm not sure what max file creation size is, nothing on documentation. This creates files that are easy to delete at least. Video quality not HD and has a fixed focal length of 0-9". My experience was with sewer and drain piping with max 15`+/- captures.

Q: Can i use this for diy colonoscopies? i’d limit them to family and close friends, maybe selected neighbors but that’s it

Depends I used windows camera. It worked well. But there is other camera software you can download for free.
