Really great product. Bought this as a present for my son on his birthday and he really enjoyed making his own cake.They are quite large, so I think I used 225g each of sugar, flour, butter, plus 4 eggs. Some of the flour was substituted for Cocoa Powder and I cooked it as per the usual cake recipe.It is essential that you use cake release, I used Dr Oetker, which worked like a charm. See video if it attaches to this review.I made butter icing and smashed up some Oreo cookies and mixed it in to make a tasty filly.All in all, it looks great, works great and was great fun.

sadly only 3 stars,i love the tin and cakes have come out amazing let down by following.no recipe book included despite saying so in description.only one "tin"arrived had to contact seller to arrange a second tin.due to thin material need to keep a very close eye when bakeing as caught a couple times on edges resulting in overcooked edges(i am experienced baker) a brilliant concept and tin sadly let down by sellers.sorry

Great talking point with little effort.
You have to use cake release. Normal greasing doesn't work, but the results are a great talking point and require little effort if you use the release spray (I prefer the Dr Oetker version)Great for office bake sales.
