My doctor recommended this supplement and advised to take it for a period of time then go off for a period of time and repeat. When I’m on it I do notice relief of joint pain and inflammation and when I’m off it I really notice the difference. I like the quality and effectiveness of this brand and it’s a great value as it works! The pill size is small and very easy to swallow.

I’ve been looking for a good Astaxanthin from haematococcus pluviaris for a while, I am so glad I came across this one. You can tell these are quality supplements, as they are packaged in a dark bottle and the capsules have dark coating.Ever since I started taking them, I’ve had more energy, I even went down to one cup per day for coffee and I feel more energized. Also, I thought my vision was getting worse before, my eyes tired, lightly blurry vision here and there. Well, that stopped few weeks after I started taking them every day. Oh, and I also noticed that I have been much happier as well as my focus improved, and my thinking is no longer “cloudy” !!

Been taking Astaxanthin for a few weeks now and feel noticeably better. This is good quality and compact, don't need to take multiple pills. Serving size is 1 so don't need to do math to figure out how many to take.
