Microwavable Heating Pad, Natural Aromatherapy Wrap for Menstrual Cramps, Abdominal Discomfort, Back Neck and Shoulder Pain (Medium, Lavender)

I heard about this product from a friend who had a new baby with stomach issues and it worked wonders. She mentioned that she “stole” it to help with her cramps one month- and it got me to thinking about my lower back pains from sitting at the computer all day. I can’t be tethered by an electric heating pad! So...I’m decades from new Mom age but thought I’d give it a try. What success!!! The day I got it - I heated it up - relaxed with the herbal aroma- and wrapped it in my lower back. Fell asleep to soothing relief! New moms this is the solution for you! But if you are not , and like me, get the adult size for cramps, abdominal issues or flip it around for back pain! Delightful, soothing, relief! It works!

I have to admit, I was surprised at this product. It's nothing to write home about in terms of uniqueness. It's a bag of beads, surrounded in cloth, which you heat up in order to put into a fabric wrap. No fancy cords, no intense setup, nothing crazy or unheard of before. I was initially disappointed because I thought, 'how is this any different than the rice sock, which has been around for years?'Well, in this case, the simplicity is exactly what makes it nice. You simply heat up the bag, then place it in the wrap. Then, you velcro the wrap around your waist - which is what sets it apart from the simpler competition. Because of the adjustable wrap, the heat and pressure stays in place, so I can go about my evening and not worry about it shifting around. It really does bring pain relief, too!I love the lavender smell and find it very relaxing. I don't think it's overpowering at all. Overall, it's a great product. My only complaint is that it's a bit hard to adjust on myself, especially if I am wearing something long in the back. However, it is worth it to find someone to help me. I am hopeful that this product will last me many years!

I like it but it is tooo short to wrap around waist it doesn’t even fit my 11 year old.

It took me 2 minutes plus to even get it really warm. And it didn’t stay warm but for maybe few seconds. Awful design.

I have insane lactose intolerance and avoid dairy like the plague, but sometimes restaurants use butter or milk and don't list it on the menu, then I get terrible stomach cramps. Well, I tried this Happi Tummi product and it not only made my stomach feel better, but it calmed and relaxed me. The smell of the herbs is so fragrant and awesome, I loved it! Nice job.

I generally like this type of heating pad and have several buckwheat filled ones that I am very happy with. Since I have a specific need to warm my tummy area, I was glad to get this pad and especially the cover that holds it in place as you sit and walk, so I don't just have to lay there to get the benefit of the heat (though sometimes that is all I feel like doing!). The cover works well and is both elastic and adjustable to different waist sizes. I bet the medium would fit approximately size 6 to size 14. I was disappointed that the pad is so small and that the fabric feels cheap. It does work and that is the main thing.

I am a male and bout with diverticulitis at times and have been hospitalized twice for a week each time because of complications with my gut.Since then I have learned to manage it and live a healthy life thanks, in part, to this product. Anytime I feel an episode come on and my stomach starts feeling a little uneasy I apply this herb wrap and almost immediately my stomach becomes Happi. 😉I recommend this product to anyone else battling with similar health issues. It works!

I ordered Happi Tummi in medium. It fits me well and stays on (I'm size 8 women's), but it also stretches enough to fit my husband (who uses it for lower back pain, and wears mens size XL/36 in jeans). It is soft and easy to use, the velcros hold it on securely. We've used it for lower back pain, menstrual cramps, shoulder aches and tension around the neck, and it worked wonders! I love that there's no cords/plugs/batteries - you heat the insert in the microwave for a minute, and the heat last for a good 1/2 hour!One thing that we dislike, though, is the heavy lavender scent. I know it is considered calming, but not everyone loves the smell. I wish this came in an unscented version, it would the best product ever!
