So far so good, very comfy, pretty easy to put together and looks great. I'll update with a longevity report once I've had it for a while. I use it heavily (6+ hours a day) so I should be a good test of quality...5 months since delivery update:So far it's held up really well with only 2 issues. First the gas shock that controls the height of the chair, has started to fail and slowly lowers down while sitting in it, says it's rated for 250 lbs, I'm 230 and it's lasted 5 months before it's stated to give out. I use the chair heavily (6+ hours/day) so thats something to take into consideration. Second the vinyl covering looks nice and feels nice but cracked and started to peel on the right side of the seat, it's not a big deal, doesn't affect the use of the chair just looks bad and makes me worry about how much worse it'll get over the coming months and years. So far these are my only complaints, the chair is comfy and still looks good. I just wish the gas tube wasn't starting to go.

Purchased this chair to replace my husband’s old office chair and he told me that it is one of the best chair he’s ever had. Packaging of the chair came with all the parts, accessories, an Allen wretch, instructions and a pair of gloves to protect your hands while assembling. Assembling was quite easy and took less than half an hour. It was so simple that I only needed to screw in 12 screws (4 under the seat for the height adjusting part and 4 each for the armrests). The chair does have a light odor smell like other reviewers point out but it is just like the new car smell and I could not smell it three days after put it in the office. Black and blue color combination of the chair matches my husband’s gaming head phone and mouse. Per his opinion, the chair fits him very well: his head is supported, as well as his back, and he could adjust the height of the seat to the best position that both his leg and feet feel comfortable. The liftable armrest is also convenient. It would be great if it had a extra lumbar pillow that could support the back of petite people like me. Besides this, it is a sturdy gaming/office chair in a reasonable price range.

I got this chair for my daughter to use for work, at her computer, in style.It is very nice looking and the leather is great however the chair after 2 months will constantly sink. It can't stay up, and she only weighs 150. I contacted support on this and they took me through every step of how to fix my issues, even being nice enough to send us a replacemnt cylinder.I am not sure, maybe I got a dud chair, but overall the quality isn't there - or at least the cylinder is flimsy.I was a bit disappointed they wouldn't accept a full refund or even offer a replacement, but its alright. Amazon got my back.

This chair is super comfortable. I was slightly concerned when I read a review that it did not lean back very far, but it seems fine to me. Very easy to assemble. The only reason for 4 stars is that one of the bolts for the arm rests would not tighten down so the threads on the insert must be stripped. The stitching is not the prettiest but for the price I cannot complain. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase this chair again.*3.5 Years later update*It finally broke too much to be comfortable. It's been slowly giving up for the past year, but this thing got me through college and into a career. Still think it was a good buy.

I would have given this chair 4.5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the gas cylinder gave out in less than a year. Now the chair spontaneously lowers. I replaced the cylinder with another one from Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FGLVD6M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which works a lot better. Other than that, the rest of the chair is durable and the larger size is comfortable.

Sitting at my pc leaning back in my chair and it snapped in half. Stay away from this product

The Tilt function doesn’t work. The chair is comfy, and does aid in posture. However the assembly was kind of a pain, as some screws didn’t line up and really had to work parts into place to get it to fit right. Side note there’s no recline option, chairs of this price have way more features, I would only get this chair if you can get it under 60$.

Son loves his chair. One of the screws in the arm rest is stripped out. Who knows if it came like that or if he was too rough. Good quality and the fabric is holding up well!

Update:I received all the screws, screw covers from the company itself delivered to me and wasn't expecting it due to Amazons customer service response.So excellent support from the company that sells the chair and I couldn't be happier. The chair is great and provides excellent back support I fractured 3 vertebrae t3 t4 t5 2 years ago from a fall from a roof. This chair is the most comfortable I have been in a chair since then.Thank you for the company who sells this chair I appreciate the effort you went to.Chair is good, quality is fine except screw holes seem a little rough. Main problem is none of the screws, covers or tightening tool came with it.Amazon offered me to send chair back or $20 credit and source your own screws.I went with credit and found screws at bunnings4 x m6 20mm8 x m6 25mmDone head Phillips screwsIf anyone else has this problem, cost about $15 for screws but don't get screw covers which is disappointing.So overall chair is good probably a 4 star but without screws and having to go get them loses a star.
