The service was fine, and the product is as described. However the score is for the value for money. Honestly, this must be the most expensive bit of plastic I have ever bought! It's not the vendor's fault - just the product.

Another great Sylvainian Families product, but be prepared to receive a a girl.
This was a gift for my daughter. The product itself was good, and it still looks new even though it has been a few months now.I have taken off a star because my girl knew what she was getting for Christmas, and she even had a baby shower with her sylvainians. But on Christmas morning, she opened it to find that the that the sylvainian in the box was a baby girl, and not a boy like the images suggest. It did not bother her much and she said it was a boy in pink clothes, but just mentioned in case this would bother someone else.
