This stuff gave me anxiety and panic attacks. Took awhile to determine that Zyn was the culprit. Regular dip never gave me those side effects. Also it gave me fatigue, increased heart rate, dizziness/vertigo, and just a general weird feeling. I didn’t start noticing these side effects until after about a month of exclusive use. Then it took another month or so to realize it was the Zyn because the dizziness and vertigo would persist even without a pouch in. If you’re noticing similar symptoms, switch back to a tobacco based snus and try to quit from there. There are entire sub reddits dedicated to the weird side effects people are experiencing from Zyn.

It gets the job done, I got 3 MG winter green not 6 MG peppermint don't know what the money difference is but it still does the same.
