I love this line of food coloring! I have every color they offer here on Amazon. I also have the entire line of a couple other very popular brands, both in powder and gel. Vibgyor Brilliance totally knocks the other ones out of the park, and I'm in NO WAY compensated for saying that. I just love to bake, have tested a ton of products, and love the results I get with these.I have three other very popular brands of gel and powder- if you've made macarons and/or are on any social media groups pertaining to them, you know which brands I speak of.Other brands:- stain teeth AFTER baking (seriously?! I paid HOW much for their piddly amount of dye and now I have to have my teeth professionally cleaned?! Not cool).- small amount that costs much more than this stuff- takes three times as long to arriveVibgyor Brilliance:- hasn't stained my teeth and washes off of skin easily-a little bit goes a long way (I used a scant 1/8 tsp. for a batch of 30 macarons and easily achieved the color in the photos. It also dyed my white German buttercream beautifully (*pictured).- does not compromise macaron batter- jars are nicely constructed and I'm not afraid of leakage. They open easily and the powder doesn't get all over the place like my other more expensive brands.- Cleans up easily. This hasn't dyed my tools, counters, clothes, etc. It wipes off with ease. You're only dying food with this stuff.- many shades can be achieved and colors mix beautifully.I highly recommend this product and will buy again if I ever run out. It might rage a while, though... And I bake EVERY single DAY.

Very rich and concentrated color, a small pinch of powder went a long way!

It gives an good vibrant pink color, however it completely changes the taste. I tried it on powder sugar, it gave an indispensable taste to it. It would've been fine if it taste like nothing, sadly no. I also tried it on lemonade, just to make sure. And yet again, it changed the flavor to something different. It wasn't lemonade anymore. I wouldn't recommend.

Muy bueno, con poca cantidad logré obtener el tono que mecesitaba. Hay que añadirlo de a poco hasta lograr el color deseado porque con una mi ima cantidad podrias pasar a un siguiente tono. Fantastico, me encantó y lo mas importante, no cambia el sabor.
