The Child Safety Window Restrictor has been design to limit the opening of any standard window frame including those made for PVC, Wood, Aluminum & steel. The Lock has a 200MM safety cable designed to give a wide enough opening for ventilation but still prevent accidents. The Safety Cable is wrapped in soft plastic to ensure no injury can occur from the lock itself. The lock can be key dead locked or left in the push to release mode 1) Push to release position with the key slot at 90 degrees, the bullet can be withdrawn when the key button is depressed. 2) Deadlocked position Insert and turn the key a further 90 degrees so the key slot is in line with the body. Withdraw the key to leave the restrictor deadlocked. The two operating modes makes it ideal for both domestic and commercial applications.
